Review on 🌊 Enhanced VEVOR Countertop Water Distiller by Maili Silcox

I chose this distiller because it had on and off buttons. Otherwise it's the same as almost every other burner on Revain. I ordered it and it was stolen by UPS. I have requested a replacement. When replaced, one of the bolts/nuts connecting the handle to the carafe was missing. Another bolt/nut was dangling in the box. This burner worked great for a week. Then the burner (upper half) stopped working. The water continued to boil in the lower half. The pressure pushed the still up, allowing water and steam to escape. Most of the water turned to steam but I left a small puddle on the counter. I pressed that handy OFF button and reached out to pull the burner towards me to remove the lid and got a very nasty electrocution. The water leaked from the machine could get into the power cord connector, creating the risk of electric shock and a fire hazard. I packed up the unit and requested another replacement. A new distiller arrived and I was dismayed to see the box was open. I unpacked it and inventoried it. I noticed that all the small parts were just hanging in the box. Well, everything is taken into account. We gather and begin to boil water. The distiller has worked flawlessly so far. I bought a dozen liter reusable beer bottles and kept distilled water in them. Each serving of distilled water fills three bottles, leaving a few ounces. Of course, at the end of each distillation, flaky brown dirt is left on the bottom of the still that needs cleaning. My CPAP requires distilled water. My humidifier too. This water tastes better than tap water, but I understand that you need minerals, so sometimes I still cook with tap water. Don't forget that your iron also loves distilled water. This burner pays for itself in no time - as long as it keeps running. This machine is practically essential if you don't want to buy distilled water all the time. I'm in third place. Number one is stolen. Mistake number two. Number three, we'll see. The car is five stars but after receiving a defective one that tried to kill me it lost two stars.
