jquery is an option with jqplot.it is open-source JavaScript based Web technology. It handles HTML & CSS very well. Easy to use along with javascript it's very user friendly and can be used very easilly by new comers. It can help for charts and diagram making, visualization also. Very flexible with graphs which help a lot in creating diagrams especially charts like pie,bar&line & area graph. jquery has other tools to handle html5 & css easily but this tool is specially made for jquery users and also helps you make line chart with its userfriendly interface. I am facing some issues while using this,the issue may be resolved only if some developers know the details about the tool. I like the simplicity of this plugin. It's free! The most complicated part about using jqPlot is determining what you want to display with your data. This plugin makes it easy to create some beautiful graphs by providing predefined shapes and colors. Sometimes it takes a little while to get used to how things work, but once you do, it's very useful in displaying data in visually appealing ways. jqPlot has helped me visualize data that would otherwise be difficult to understand.
