Review on 📞 VTech CS6529-2 DECT 6.0 Phone Answering System - Caller ID/Call Waiting - 2 Cordless Handsets - Silver/Black by Tyler Hager

I bought this product at the end of April 2018. Received and assembled according to instructions. I couldn't get it to work after trying everything I knew how to try. My carrier service is included with the purchase of Consumer Cellular. I then called for help many times. When I was first told that CC uses ATT cell towers and they had problems with some of the towers in my geographic area. I've been told to wait 10 days to 2 weeks and call them back if the problem doesn't resolve itself. It didn't, so I called her back. I have another rep who tried many things that didn't work. I was told that the manager would contact me if he was willing to help me resolve the issue. A few days later, the supervisor called me back and walked me through the phone installation process. Everything was set correctly. She sent signals that were not picked up by the phone for unknown reasons. I still had no beep and never got a beep. She told me that she would look into the problem a little more closely and see if she could think of anything. I received a call back from them (CC) and was told the VTech phone was "incompatible" with Consumer Cellular service! Who knows? I didn't know and apparently neither did CC.
