Setting up these phones took a lot longer than it should as the instructions (both the "quick start guide" and the full tutorial have horrible pictures/diagrams. I had MANY problems installing the diagrams in the manual are 1) too small to see the details (I had to use a magnifying glass), 2) and even if you can look at the diagrams, they don't look like real devices. I bought these phones to replace an old VTech model we used for our office phone. This phone works just like the old phone, with a few annoying exceptions. When someone calls, the caller ID will display "Incoming Call", then display the caller's phone number for about 2 seconds after the first ring, and then return to "Incoming Call". I haven't had most of the problems others complain about. The phone works and is easy to set up. It's easy to add contacts or set up speed dials. The only thing I noticed is that if you have a lot of background noise, like the TV or the woman listening to music on her phone, it can be difficult to hear who you're talking to, even with the volume turned up all the way plays. I bought this product at the end of April 2018. Received and assembled according to instructions. I couldn't get it to work after trying everything I knew how to try. My carrier service is included with the purchase of Consumer Cellular. I then called for help many times.
