I haven't had most of the problems others complain about. The phone works and is easy to set up. It's easy to add contacts or set up speed dials. The only thing I noticed is that if you have a lot of background noise, like the TV or the woman listening to music on her phone, it can be difficult to hear who you're talking to, even with the volume turned up all the way plays. Went outside and talked on the phone and usually only about 50 feet away. Battery packs take a long time to charge at first, but that's to be expected, like anything else that needs charging for the first time. For the price, the phone is worth every penny. The screen isn't difficult to read and the backlight does its job but clearly doesn't brighten the room. If someone has trouble reading the screen, they need to put their glasses back on or invest in reading glasses. The wall mount is a bit ugly. It should be reshaped and cropped below half an inch below the base.
