The customer service provided by this team was incredible! They were always very helpful in getting us setup with multiple accounts - which we needed because our organization had several different types that would be used at various times throughout each season/event- so they made sure everything went smoothly from beginning until end! We did not really use any features other than customizing graphics during an event but I'm pretty certain there are some things within VFV where it could improve upon itself if given time or resources? If anything my experience has been great through out every step along the process!! My only regret about using them now will forever remain how amazing everyone involved treated me like family when working together towards making something special happen.
