This palette is great and easy to use. The magnet holds the pans securely and the side notches make it easy to remove the pans. I really like that the clasp is a "click" rather than a magnetic clasp because it closes very securely. My product had a large tear down the side, but the company quickly contacted me and offered a choice of refund or product replacement - and they kept their word. I will definitely buy from this company again.
