I used this recorder to record sensitive information and it produced crystal clear audio, even from 50 feet away. Wonderful. Voice recording is excellent. The battery doesn't last as long as advertised, but that's okay. It really took over 6 hours on one application. Even more amazing than that, and a near-fatal silly mistake on my part, the recorder was left in a pants pocket and WASHED in the washing machine. I pulled it out from the bottom of the washing machine, making sure my data was gone. But I took it and let it dry a little by the window. After a few hours I turned it on and WELCOME appeared on the screen. My data was intact! I connected it to my laptop and downloaded it. As far as I know it may still be wet inside but it passed the test of underwater washing! If I have to buy another one I will because it really blew my mind.
