Sturdy but make sure your headrest is compatible.
This is a good help when getting into the car. I liked that it fits on the headrest. Unfortunately, my headrest cannot be lowered far enough to securely engage and trust it with a lot of effort. The portion that slides over the headrest bar is too wide for the headrest to fully lower and lock into place. Plus it's a solid and great idea. Maybe others have a different headrest and it fits them.
