Stopped working after a few uses

I used it in the shower about 5 times and then it started grabbing my device and turning up the volume and it always sounded like it , as if connecting to multiple devices. I was having a hard time turning it off when this happened. Otherwise everything worked before, the sound was fine. This is my second Amazon device that has done this to me.
