I would highly recommend this item from this seller. I had problems with my setup at first, I needed more power for my laptop. The seller was very responsive and made me some good offers, credited and even ready for exchange, and the seller was more than willing to rectify the situation. Turns out all I needed was phantom power and an external sound card. I think depending on your computer configuration you either do NOT need phantom power (InnoGear 1 channel phantom power 48V) and a more powerful external sound card OR you need it depending on computer configuration and hardware/software e.g. B.Win10. The seller was willing to help make sure I got it working and of course when I got my phantom and USB sound card (Sabrent USB Audio Stereo Sound Adapter) and he recorded the voiceover perfectly which was the main reason for the purchase of this product is. The computer used is an HP PC running Wins 10 where you need to update the settings to ensure it selects the correct microphone/headphone setting and if there is low volume or noise in the background update the USB sound card + 48V Phantom and you will be in business. Love it and this seller provided STELLAR customer service, thanks Fiona! :) I'll be getting another one for my podcast soon.
