I have had the same Caw car phone mount for 6 years now. I've moved it to 3 different cars and at least 2 phones/cases. I bought the Car Caw X001MTACG1 Accessory Kit the first time I drove the car - everything worked great. Last year I changed my phone cases and I didn't have the Caw Car magnetic discs anymore so I used a replacement fake my son had. It was terrible. It doesn't have the same magnetic connection that the Caw Car drives and the phone keeps slipping through. I bought another Caw Car base for Christmas - to keep my phone in the kitchen when I'm cooking and trying to look through recipes. I looked at other phone holders and I realized - this thing is amazing, versatile and durable - why waste time on anything else. I attached the base to the fridge and everything is fine!
