As for build quality, time will tell but the sound quality is more than adequate for recording
Good cans cost good money. I have a lot of Mackie devices so I decided to give these a try. They're good and the build quality is minimal, on par with studio cans from Beyerdynamic and Sennheiser. EXTREMELY comfortable - you won't get tired at all. You also get a headphone pocket and a separate inner cable pocket. If you talk about them, give them a chance.
