When they went on sale I fell in love with these sturdy yet elegant shoes. I tried them and they were also very light. I was satisfied nonetheless. When I finally put them on the beach, they got wet. The seam where the nylon meets the rubber on the toe has started to rub. As a result, a skin cut in several places. Doesn't make walking on the water/beach comfortable. I ended up having to walk barefoot for the rest of the trip. But apart from the cuts in the salt water, they were perfect.
