The reason for the 5 stars has a lot to do with my customer service experience. My first purchase had issues where the top panel could only move to the left and didn't move far enough for me to easily slide my shirt over the bottom panel. When I contacted customer service, they helped me fix the problem, were timely in their communication, and understood that it's frustrating when something you bought doesn't work properly. When we found the troubleshooting steps didn't work, they quickly replaced my machine and the one I have now works great. Considering that I understand that sometimes things don't go to plan or sometimes work, I have to say that this has been one of my best customer service experiences in a while. They focused on making sure I knew the correct steps to operate the machine and that the machine they provided was working properly. I didn't have to argue with them or get a general useless reply from them or even ask for a manager. they just fixed it. I am so thankful it was a hassle free experience and they made me a regular customer. Thank you!
