I like that it is easy for my staff to use, they are very helpful in getting me set up as well! The software has been great so far but we still have some issues with our inventory system not syncing properly when using multiple locations at once (we do supply several stores). We haven't found anything specifically bad about this product just yet though everything seems fine thus far. Our warehouse was having problems keeping track of all orders coming into their location and then being able to keep them organized throughout each day/weekend which made managing stock levels difficult. They now know exactly what needs stocking from both store level employees and also us managers who can see where there might be an issue or need more help if needed. This allows everyone involved to work together efficiently without any confusion between departments. It keeps things straight forward since before I started working here no one knew how much products were left over after ordering new items. Now we get notified via email whenever.
