Great case for iPad Pro 9.7 but returns

I have to say I'm impressed with this case. I compared it to the original Apple cases I used with my iPad Air2 and it turned out to be better. I think it actually outperforms the original product. This case has a soft back that my new iPad Pro 9.7 nestles into. The back material is very flexible and protects my device if I drop it or throw it off the stand. The exterior of the case has an attractive grainy finish that makes it look like leather. The inside of the case has a plush lining that protects the screen well. The hinge for the lid seems secure. The magnetic sleep clasp works well. There are large cutouts for various speakers, camera lens, microphone and charging port. The buttons are easy to press. We were happy with the rubber cutouts around the edges of the screen. It seems to hold a first generation pencil and all of its various accessories with ease. I know that without this protection I would have lost her. I highly recommend this case. Edit: After using this case for a few weeks, I have two problems with it. The lid hinge is stable, but also a bit "yielding". My point is that when you fold it back to use the iPad, the lid doesn't line up with the case like the Apple lid (and something I've gotten used to with my iPad Air2 over the years). It hangs down and you have to support it with your hand. Trouble, but a big one, I think. Another issue is that this case is significantly heavier than the Apple case. -2 points for these problems. It's still a good case, but now that I'm using it, it's a bit annoying.
