Pros: Charges my system, saved me from a crisis Cons: Huge and heavy (more than twice the size of my original charger), wall-side cord dangled and became often disconnected During use, charging stops randomly (I have to unplug and plug in the power cord when it does), it looks refurbished rather than new. Alienware laptop has finished charging. My main system! I checked the charging port, swapped out the battery, used a charger from an older system, but it still wouldn't charge. I couldn't find the original charger for my system so I ordered this updated one. It charged my computer and let me get the job done, but I had to replace the main cable between the wall and the device to make it work. Wouldn't buy again.
