This bag is awesome! I didn't even know it had side pockets until I got it and they are perfect for an extra water bottle or a nice zipped wallet or your keys. There is a cute little loop at the top that you can use to tighten and then close for a tight little pouch. It even lasts longer than I expected and can hold a small towel for hikes with scuba diving. The water bag holds 1.5 liters, which in my use is the perfect amount of liquid for a 5-7 mile hike. Everything is made from quality materials and should stand the test of time. I believe my review is honest.
