I got this mouse and the Logitech MX mouse. It's very comfortable and the movements are smooth. I find it much better on my wrist than a traditional mouse or even a rollerball. I also tried a Logitech mouse, but there is something wrong with the angle of the mouse. This made my shoulder tense trying to keep my arm in place - some reviews mention this and they are right. It hurt my wrist differently than a conventional mouse. Logitech had precise, very comfortable movements, but the arm angle was a deal breaker. This one costs 1/3 of MX but is just more convenient. I hope this lasts for a while. Update: I've had it for about a month and I can say it's very comfortable. I also have one on my right hand. I was tempted to come back twice because he was unresponsive. I've found that when updating the software on Windows it somehow drops the connection. I was able to reset it by unplugging and reinserting the USB receiver. The idea is to somehow reconnect by rebooting or whatever that will do. This is a very good mouse and definitely a good shape for my hand.
