I liked the fact that they were able to help us get our inventory up to date quickly. They were able to provide us with new software for our plant, which really helped us manage our inventory better. We had some issues when we first started using their service, but they were quick to respond and fix any problems that we had. Their website was not very user friendly, so it can be hard to navigate through if you don't know what you are looking for. Our main issue was getting our inventory to update correctly. It took them a long time to get everything set up and working how we wanted it to. We needed something to get our inventory up to date, and they did a great job.
