Good quality, elastic for hanging and draping
I used this for the canopy by sewing it to the edge and then removing the cord from the edge for the ruffles. At this price I was wondering how it would work but it was very good. There were sometimes a few skipped stitches attaching the cord to the lip, but that wasn't really an issue.
