Review on Nature Power 30058 DC Voltage Controller by Jamal Sandridge

My original unit came with the purchase of a satellite dish for my RV. Unfortunately it was hit by an RV so I bought an identical unit to make sure it would work with my system. Worked fine for 6 months and then suddenly stopped working. Since I urgently need to replace it to keep my system running, I ordered another one and paid about $20 to have it shipped to me overnight, assuming I would clear the warranty claim later. I asked the company for information on how to return the defective unit and waited over a month for a response. In the meantime, the second unit also failed, about a month later. Having no alternative, I tried to see if the first one works now, and lo and behold, it worked. So now I have 2 units, only one of which works and I don't know if I should keep the second broken one as a replacement or send it back. I would definitely consider these devices unreliable and would look for a better solution next time if I had the chance.
