extreme disappointment with this seller

I ordered toner when my printer said it was out of stock and it was time to reorder. The old one worked for 90 days. I installed a "new" toner and it only printed on the right side. I noticed that the spring on the ink roller door on the left was broken. I contacted the seller - they said bad, but after 90 days there is no support. Lost a lot of money on this pathetic deal. The box was re-taped so I'm not even sure if it's an unfilled cartridge. Be careful with smart ink and toner.
