Connected through this cable dslr to HDMI monitor. The picture quality seems to be ok. The problem is that I went into the settings menu and left the camera for 4-5 minutes. When I went back to live view, the settings menu shadow was printed on the monitor. I hooked up a monitor to my computer to check and yes the shadow was still there. I was worried so I turned off the monitor for a few hours. Fortunately, the monitor became normal and the shadow disappeared. Something is wrong with this cable. Almost burned my monitor. I don't know if that's the case with every cable from this particular brand. But I think that's what I have to deal with to buy a cheap product.
