Very useful digital platform which helps me solve client issues

I like the system of the app because it is very simple to use and I can easily reach my customers very fast. The system also has a good feedback loop from the customers and you can check your metrics very easily. The app is also very cost-effective. I have not found anything to dislike in the app.

I recommend the app if you have a budget and want an effective marketing app. I recommend using this app for its simplicity and easy to use metrics. I am solving the customer service problems for my clients very efficiently.

Pros

It's user friendly, so anybody with basic computer knowledge knows how they work.
Very cheap price compared other apps that do similar services such as Mailchimp,
Easy way at getting responses back without much effort or time required by me personally;
Analytics are available almost immediately after responding which helps better understand what people think about our products/services
