I like that it was very easy to set up our website with this service provider - all we had to do is follow their step by steps instructions (which were pretty good in general). The support team has been able to help me when i've encountered issues during my projects using Nation Net Hosting Service. Their email system sometimes gets clogged so make sure you check if your emails are getting through or not before contacting them via phone call otherwise they might be unable to resolve any issue for which u need assistance from them at least once every week/fortnightly etc..
