Review on Water Beads Balloons Sensory Decoration by Marquez Hinshaw

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Large Faulty Small Large

5 for small balls and -1 for large balls. Can you be happy and disappointed at the same time? Yes! I made a bowl out of a small one and then I wanted to look for a big ball. Epic failure! You can't lift big balls without them falling apart. After reading the reviews I realized that large balls would take around 36-48 hours to wet. After letting the kids wait 2 days for the adults to be fully hydrated, I decided to let the 6 year old play first. Though very gentle, it couldn't be held with one hand or remained a slippery, crumbling mess. When subjected to pressure or when they slide and bounce in the ball pit, they break and fall apart. My kids still love to wave their hand over the bowl of little balls. FYI: I have an 18 month old baby. Keep dehydrated foods hidden or you may get stomach problems. I'm not sure if the digestive tract collapses or hydrates, but I don't want to find out. The material must be non-toxic, and after wetting it, the baby will get great joy! It will be the perfect entertainment! Attached are pictures of the problem! PS: I've done a few tests so far and some of them took a big break at the 15 hour mark while others still appear dehydrated and wrinkled. Maybe we got a bad batch. Even after soaking the little one in water for 5 consecutive days, there was no problem with it.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
