I generally avoid taking nice things to work. Law enforcement has a way of ruining every watch, knife, sunglass, etc. I have been working nights for over 8 years. I commute to and from my shift in the sun most of the time, and without sunglasses it's brutal. I've been wearing them for about 6 months now. Considering the number of times they've been dropped and generally abused, they've held up very well. I wear them to work every day and they are comfortable for me. When the inevitable day comes when they're lost, broken, dropped into a portable pot, or otherwise out of order, I'll probably buy another pair of these.
