I loved this chair when I received it. I actually bought this for work, not play, and was so excited to show it off at the office. I've had it for a few months now and for some reason I can't figure it out, the levers loosen and push the hole covers out. I have to tighten the bolts on them every day or two and the levers keep getting wobbly. I'm not wide enough for my body to put pressure on my arms and I'm within the chair weight guideline so I'm very confused as to why this is continuing. Love it, especially the footrest, but because of these constant issues I wouldn't buy it again given the choice. I can't figure out why, they just loosen up and fall off. The last two were under the chair where the hydraulics connect. **one more edit** and to this day, less than a year later, the chair tilts sideways all the time and usually leans forward. I'm just waiting for him to drop me on the floor. No response from sellers.
