I purchased this foot spa after working for a month at a job where I am on my feet 10+ hours a day and average 25,000 steps. I bought shoe inserts, good shoes, Epsom salts, etc., but nothing gave me the relief that this gives! i have some dr Bought Teal Foot Salt to add when I use it and it's wonderful. My only complaint is that the arch massager isn't as high as I would like, but that's because I have a high arch and it's not the machine's fault. I would highly recommend it to anyone who gets their days on their feet - it's wonderful. As an added plus, it has a lid so you don't have to empty it after each use. I carry it on a towel in my living room and tuck it out of sight when I'm not using it and just tuck it in when I'm ready.
