The product is worse than ever, disappointed with the purchase.
This is not my first Braun brush. I used to admire their quality. And it is very sad that at the present time the manufacturer does not monitor the build quality, or such garbage is supplied to 2022. Water and toothpaste will inevitably get inside the brush through this slot, which will drastically reduce its resource. Since I still need a brush, I decided for myself to seal the gap with a sealant and fum-tape on top. But in the future I will think about which brand of brush to buy. I hope by that time Philips and other market players will catch up. I didnβt find the Orchid color on the Market, so Iβm publishing it here, the series is the same. The Gold version has the same problems.

- I liked that there is a case with a charger. Previous professional series did not have this option. 5 modes, Bluetooth pairing with phone.
- The build quality leaves much to be desired. 10000N It seems like a premium product, but the bottom cover could not be tightly docked to the case. There is a gap of a millimeter, at least (The manufacturer declares water tightness). I had to spend an hour in the store - they opened 6 boxes with the same brush and all with a similar build defect. Some were frankly crooked. For 10,000, this is simply unacceptable.
