Do not be shy! It's worth it.
I had a bit of trouble setting this up without a trace template or balancing tool. I had a layer but nothing to use to keep the elements evenly aligned. My kit was also missing brackets and instructions. It would be great to know what size drill bit to use to avoid making a lot of small holes in the wall. lol! However, my soundbar looks great set up and hasn't moved an inch despite the amount of bass. I installed in a stud due to the weight of my soundbar. At first I tried using drywall anchors and caused a mess. I would buy this again!
