I like these lamps, the best I've seen. It would light up a dark room to the point where I think these bulbs would light up a room painted black. I'm not sure many people notice the color of a high sodium lightbulb when it's on and giving off that bright purple-white color. If I worked for a company that made these corn bulbs, I would make one or two of these plastic bulbs for myself with a purple-blue tint so that the bulb emits a purple-blue color of daylight because I like that color . High sodium lightbulbs when on. And these corn bulbs should start popping up in colors to be used as night lights.
