This journal is absolutely wonderful for detail-obsessed individuals like me. I always obsess over details that often don't mean much to those around me, such as college-ruled lines in the journal instead of wide-ruled, so the fact that it's the details that have me excited about this journal says a lot. Not only are the lines "properly" spaced, but the pages come pre-numbered (thank you!), and my favorite detail so far absolutely has to be the fill-in table of contents at the start of this journal. While this may or may not matter for those using this as a stream of consciousness type of journal, for anyone using this as a personal record of events or, like me, as an updated and extended family recipe notebook, this feature is invaluable. I no longer have to search through pages for recipes I use on a regular basis and year after year; I just have to look up what page they're on and can immediately access the right one (the way you would in a professional cookbook)! I am in love and will be using this journal for years to come.
