I can't say these pastes don't work because they do, but they don't work like I wanted or expected. I have tried Nexcare patches before and I really liked them. When worn, they "suck out" all the pus, and when removed, they leave a smooth surface on the skin. Meanwhile, these patches really only draw pus from blackheads. They don't suck anything, they just rip off the dead skin on the white head, leaving the pus intact, leaving an open pimple. In that sense, they work very well. Basically, they pop the pimple without any action on your part. Some people may like it, but it causes the same hyperpigmentation that I would get if I popped a pimple myself, and there's sometimes a chance the pimple will re-ignite after use. I bought these because they came in a set and were cheap, but am considering just sticking with nexcare for now.
