Even if you sleep on your side, forget it. I thought it looked like an EcoAble Youth diaper bag. There is still work to be done, but I need a plain cover (not a pocket) that is about 1-2 inches wider at the waist/crotch and about the same front-to-back length as the EcoAble diaper cover. There are hundreds of options for infants and few incontinence options for adults.
