The quality of these ear pads is quite good. The instructional video and accompanying booklet are also very helpful. I have 2 small complaints about these ear pads. The first. I think it would be a little easier if the tape came with a small tab for removal rather than peeling it off with a knife. Just because you need to figure out the right amount of force to not go too far with the blade you choose and cut into real leather/foam/Second, the original pads that come with the bits are larger as this. The earbuds have a small protrusion that runs around the perimeter on each side. If you remove them, that ridge will be exposed and the replacement will not cover it. I don't know how to fix this, but seeing that exposed lip across the base of the pad is a little unsightly. Otherwise they are comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. I am overall satisfied with my purchase. To update. 5/2018. After only 1 year of semi-regular use these things are starting to work for me. The rubber material separates from the foam. No bueno!
