Worked pretty well until it broke while driving

Worked pretty well until it recently broke while driving (bought Jan 2021, broke July 2021). At first I thought it just lost suction and fell off (as it sometimes does), but then I realized the suction cup was still on my windshield. Basically, these are thin pieces of plastic that connect the suction cup to the mount. They actually broke and I can't put them back together. Other Cons: 1. The suction cup will expand and become sloppy over time, especially in the summer heat. Because of this, it's sometimes difficult to suck it in even when you flip the lever. 2.
