I have used this type of product before so I knew what to expect. It's super easy to cut and apply to any window. I used this purchase for my sliding glass door for privacy and security. Several friends walked into my sliders thinking they were open and I felt terrible! So I bought this to just cover the center section of the glass doors. So I can see from above and my dog can see from below. This trellis/flower is made of thick plastic. Very attractive inside and out. Just make sure you wash your windows before applying and soak the window thoroughly before applying. Once it's stuck to the window, spray it onto the plastic facing you as well. I used a credit card to push the air bubbles to the edges. If there are problems, spray more Windex or vinegar and water with a little dish soap on both sides of the plastic. It moves slightly for adjustment. Check this several times to ensure all bubbles have been removed. Spray it on before squeezing out the bubbles. You can't see much of what is looking in or out with or without the light. You will need a sharp utility knife or wire cutters to trim the edges of the window if necessary. Enjoy! I would recommend.
