I am a hairdresser and used this chair 5 days a week for 8 months before it (literally) fell apart. What you should know about this product: 1 . The seat is very comfortable. The hydraulics allow you to be much lower to the ground than other chairs.3. Doesn't lift high enough for me, I'm 5ft 5in for reference4. After 7 months the wheels started falling off. It was uncomfortable, but they fastened easily. 5. The wheels started falling off and would not reattach, rendering this chair completely unusable. ALSO the "5 year guarantee” stated in the description refers to the cushion and NOT the whole chair, which means if anything else is defective or faulty you've lost your money. Very frustrating
