I am a dental hygienist and spend a lot of time in this chair. That helped me alot. It makes me sit up straight. I would say I'm more comfortable with my feet pushed back rather than standing on the floor. I've always had to change lanes in a regular wheelchair, but now I can lean and change much more easily.
