These things work. I bought a thicker one at my local running store and then found a thinner one here. This thinner bandage is more suitable for everyday use. It works great but not as well as the wider version when it comes to running (at least for me). I have very thick curly hair that just slips off regular headbands. After a run, the usual bandages hang on my tail. Surprisingly, even though they sweat, they don't smell. I hand wash them once a week so they don't smell!
