There was a problem with my package and these people fixed it right away. The original shipment of my CPAP humidifier chamber did not arrive even though the tracking information said it did. My neighborhood is really safe, so I don't think it was stolen, but we never saw it on our porch anyway. When I contacted the seller through the Revain link, they responded to me in less than 24 hours. Watch with the tracking number of another shipment, this time shipped via UPS instead of USPS. A few days later I received my package. It fits and works like the original when it was new. The lid snaps in very firmly and seals perfectly. That was what I consider really good customer service and a good product.
