D5600 boring look. I have owned many Nikon cameras and this is the first time that it seems that Nikon has not been entirely honest with the product. After carefully reading the reviews, I was surprised to find that the information in the viewfinder was very dim and difficult to read. Having already adjusted the diopters, I figured there was a way to fix this among the D5600's many settings. However, after downloading the manual and searching the internet for almost a day, no solution was found. What I have learned is that this problem is not uncommon in D5600 and D5500 owners. I find that disappointing. I currently shoot with a D5100 and have a D3000. Both are excellent cameras, I think the same goes for the D5600 apart from this issue. Lesson learned by focusing on what is usually important and leaving out what should be given to the DSLR.
