I didn't know what to expect but I need something hard enough to work on men's skin but soft enough to work on women's skin . Made. The packaging is simple and effective. Individual sealed pouches in a ziplock pouch to keep them together. Small concerns on first use - it's very hard and not soft at all - rinse under warm water to soften it and then into the shower. After a week of daily (split) use in the shower, the first sponge gains strength. No signs of wear and the product is holding up well. I wish it was a little bigger initially but after use it is the right size. Nailed him.
