I sewed this skirt to be passed down in the family. It was relatively easy to follow the instructions and everything was included. However, I was very disappointed with the poor quality of the green felt base. It was so thin that if you held it up to the light you could almost see through it. I'd like to make 5 more skirts to pass on, but the labor that goes into making and attaching all the pieces is hardly worth attaching to a piece so inferior to the rest of the product.
