These are not what I was hoping. They are thin and light. There is good 'grab' at the top so they don't slide down. I was trying to replace some that felt thicker and well made. These are super thin and easy to run. They are more like panty hose or stockings at a shoe store for trying on shoes. The worst part is that there are 5 different lengths in this 6 pair package. However, each pair was not the same length within the pair! I had to lay each sock out, arrange them in height order, and then pair them with like heights. I have to do this after each wash! I guess a 2-inch difference between left and right socks might not bother some people, but it bothered me!
