I used this transfer vinyl on some shirts that I needed to sew. It worked well with white, but it was a bit more difficult with glitter. It started tearing in places, but it turned out fine in the end. The only thing that I think could have been better is that the green glitter was a little hard to read on my dark gray shirt, but that could just be the choice of color combination. The white didn't stick very easily and it took a lot of ironing to finally get it onto the shirt, but overall they turned out pretty good with some work.
