The 3x5mm chain spools are durable. Since I have already ordered so many of these coils for the chain, here is my review of all Clever Delight Curb Chain Coils that I have tried so far. It's difficult to find a chain that doesn't break easily, so I hope this makes your search a little easier. I do NOT recommend Clever Delight's 3.5 x 5.5mm curb tracks. They break easily. The 3.5 x 5.5mm size is also lighter/brighter than pictured. Shiny silver is already tarnishing/changing color. I do NOT recommend 2.2 x 3mm curb chains because they also break easily. *** I RECOMMEND 3 x 5 mm curb chains from CleverDelights. They are durable and the colors are true to the picture. I recommend 3x5mm curb chains. And I will buy them again.
